Digital artist Vollut has unveiled “Safe Distance,” his debut solo exhibition at W1Curates, London. The exhibition takes over the three-story facade of the building and 63 meters of screens inside the gallery to create a unique immersive experience. Vollut conveys the impressions and fears he developed while living all over the world in this new body of work.

I recreated my working environment and brought myself closer to the audience, both with my art and my process. Entering the gallery, you will notice my digital avatar exploring and at the same time creating vast digital landscapes

Vollut

Notably inspired by neo-impressionists, Vollut reinterprets their work into a moving, colorful narrative. Central to Vollut’s work are “universal particles,” of which every physical object is made. They serve as building blocks for objects to which he applies properties like color, texture, and movement. By unifying everything, Vollut brings these properties to the forefront, creating a dance of color and light.
