There are hundreds of art exhibitions throughout the UK which are worth attending. But it’s not possible to access all of them within the given timeframes, so we’re going to take a look at the best ones. These exhibitions are located throughout the United Kingdom and cover a range of art styles to appeal to all visitors.
While digital platforms make it easier than ever to explore artwork, nothing quite matches the experience of seeing it in person. The texture of a painting, the scale of a sculpture, and the atmosphere of an exhibition space all add a depth that a screen simply can’t replicate. The same is true in the gaming world, where visual artistry isn’t limited to galleries but can be found in unexpected places. From the grand murals and themed slot machines in land-based casinos to the sleek, immersive designs of a casino online, artistry plays a huge role in shaping the player experience.

Finding the Impressionists
One of the top art exhibitions available this year is all about the Impressionists. Despite there being a plethora of Impressionist exhibitions in London, one more is always welcome. And this is one. Goya to Impressionism is a great opportunity to see some of the best paintings of this era, all from the collection of arts patron, Oskar Reinhart. This is also the first time this exhibition has been showcased outside of Switzerland. A range of artists can be found here including van Gogh, Monet, and Gericault. Located in Aldwych, it runs until the end of May.
Let’s go Modern
The exciting Piccadilly-based Brasil! Brasil! The Birth of Modernism exhibition showcases all the work that Brazilian modernists did. It’s all taking place in the early twentieth century. During this time, the country was in the throes of artistic conservatism, but will still packed with vibrant indigenous cultures. This inspired a growing number of artists to take inspiration from a lot these works, taking on these influences to create their own works in something that become very Brazilian. It’s a rather psychedelic show taking place until the end of April.

It’s all about the women
Running until June in Manchester, the Women In Revolt! Art and Activism in the UK 1970-1990 exhibition is a must-see. This exhibition showcases more than 100 radical women artists who were working in the UK between the 20-year timeframe of this exhibition. Many of these women made invaluable contributions to British culture and the liberation movement. There was major socio-economic change during this time as well, alongside a new-wave of feminism. Consequently, women artists used their personal experiences to create politically charged art to help further their fight for justice. It’s a proactive, and stunning look at the steps taken within the liberation movement.
