Aesthetica magazine is calling for artists to submit their work for its renowned art prize. The Aesthetica Art Prize gives artists the chance to showcase their photography, digital art, paintings, mixed media, and more. It also offers opportunities to connect with top curators and gallerists, win £10,000, gain publication, and secure a coveted place in the Aesthetica Art Prize exhibition.
The Aesthetica Art Prize has a history of propelling artists to bigger stages, with past participants going on to exhibit at renowned institutions such as Foam Amsterdam, Centre Pompidou, Tate, MoMA, Saatchi Gallery, and the V&A. Many have also been nominated for prestigious awards like the Prix Elysée, Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize, and Sony World Photography Awards. This art prize is an exceptional platform for artists looking to advance their careers on an international stage.

Guidelines:
- We accept work from any discipline, on any theme.
- You can enter two works of art per entry.
- You can purchase as many entries as you wish.
- Collaborative works are accepted.
- Works previously exhibited and published elsewhere are accepted.
- Works produced within the last 3 years are preferred.
- There are no size restrictions.

What happen next:
Results announced in March 2025
- All entrants will be contacted with their results
- Chosen artists will be featured in our online gallery
- Select artists will be invited to exhibit their work at the Art Prize Exhibition
- Invites are sent to all longlisted and shortlisted artists for the Private View at York Art Gallery in the Spring 2025
Artists to provide further information
- Artists will be required to send web-resolution images
- Artists will be sent a proof of their webpage to approve before the online gallery goes live
- If shortlisted for the exhibition, artists will be asked to supply artwork for the exhibition in York, UK
Delivery of artwork for early Spring 2025
- Exhibiting artists will be responsible for all transportation (delivery and collection) costs of artworks
- Further arrangements will need to be made for Spring 2025 between artists and the Aesthetica team
Payment and Refunds:
If at any time you wish to withdraw from the Aesthetica Art Prize, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment. Please include your confirmation receipt as proof of purchase. If it is after the 30 days of the purchase date, a refund cannot be processed.
