Significant earlier works for sale for the first time include Caroline Coon’s enigmatic painting, Glastonbury Festival (2000), featuring a group of revellers; a rare, intricately rendered painting from the Rossinante series by Huguette Caland – direct from the artist’s estate; and a monumental and historically important painting from 1985 by Denzil Forrester entitled Stryder, depicting a dance club in full motion.
